HOTEL REGULATIONS - STAY BOOKING

Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation. It is tested for its authenticity and validity.

No charge is made except that for prepaid / non-refundable bookings.

In case of invalid credit card or insufficient funds to pre-authorize the first night of stay, a new guarantee will be required. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.

Booking the stay directly by our official website, “e-mail” or “telephone” guarantees the best available rate.

Payment is required upon check-out by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

In case of departure before 07:00 a.m., or during the night, the balance is kindly requested the previous evening.

The cancellation terms accorde to the period.

Free cancellation without penalty can be made from 2 to 10 days before the arrival date, depending on the season (low, medium, high).

In case of cancellation out of the terms or no show, the Hotel withhold the amount of the first night or the confirmation deposit paid, as penalty.

Any cancellation must be communicated by e-mail to info@sanfranciscoviareggio.it.

In case of early departure or late arrival respect to the booking date, the total amount of the stay is due.

Check in is garantee from 2 p.m. Check out is by 11:00 of the departure day.

Hotel San Francisco pays particular attention to all those customers who needs special diets. Please always specify your special needs in the booking.

Pet friendly hotel. It is also possible to bring small pets (as dogs and cats) on holiday. A small daily supplement of € 5.00 is required for deep cleaning.
